论加强县处级党员领导干部政治纪律和政治规矩

Strengthening the Political Discipline and Political Rules of County-level Party Member Leading Cadres

当前,县处级领导干部在遵守政治纪律和政治规矩方面存在着政治立场不坚定、思想观念偏颇、政治信仰缺失、政治规矩缺失、党性观念丢失和岗位工作失职等方面的问题。针对这些问题,要认真分析原因,从以下方面针对性地解决问题:从建立健全体制机制着眼,推动纪律建设制度化、长效化;不断强化县处级党员领导干部的政治纪律和组织纪律意识;以落实从严治党责任为抓手,不断强化抓党建工作的力度;以加强基层党组织规范化建设为引力,不断提升县处级党员领导干部遵守政治纪律、组织纪律的主动性和自觉性。

In abiding by political discipline and political rules,the county- level leading cadres have problems such as infirm political standpoint,ideological deviation,lack of political belief,lack of political rules,loss of party spirit,negligence of duties,and so on. To solve these problems,we should carefully analyze the causes and take measures from the following aspects：improving the ideological cognition,and including the strengthening of party member leading cadres’ political and organizational discipline into the orbit of legal system;establishing and perfecting relevant institutions and mechanisms,and promoting the institutionalization and long- term effect of discipline building;strengthening the county- level party member leading cadres’ sense of political and organizational discipline;carrying through the responsibility of strengthening party discipline and strengthening the work of building;and improving the normalization of grassroots party organization,and enhancing the county-level party member leading cadres’ initiative and self- consciousness in abiding by political and organizational discipline.
