摘要 目的探讨层级团队健康教育模式在血液透析患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 100例血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行优质护理健康教育,观察组行层级团队健康教育模式。2组患者透析疗程结束前,运用自制调查问卷调查患者及家属透析相关疾病知识掌握情况、健康教育满意度情况。结果观察组健康教育后对血液透析相关疾病和知识掌握情况、对健康教育的满意度情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论层级团队健康教育模式能显著提高健康教育的效果和患者对健康教育工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education model on the level of health education in hemodialysis patients. Methods 100 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. In the control group,the quality of nursing health education,observation group level team health education mode. 2 groups of patients before the end of the dialysis treatment period,the use of self-made questionnaire,survey of patients and their families to investigate the knowledge of disease knowledge,health education satisfaction,compared the 2 groups of survey results. Results Observation group after health education on hemodialysis related diseases and knowledge of the situation,the satisfaction of health education were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hierarchical team health education model can significantly improve the effect of health education and health education in patients with satisfaction.
