穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗2型糖尿病患者失眠的效果观察

Observation on acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy in treating insomnia patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗2型糖尿病患者失眠的效果。方法将60例2型糖尿病失眠患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆,比较2组治疗1月后的效果。结果观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗2型糖尿病患者失眠效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with Auricular plaster therapy on the insomnia in type 2 Diabetes patient. Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with insomnia as the research object. randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 30 cases. Control group received routine treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of acupoint sticking combined with auricular plaster therapy and compared between the two groups after 1 month of therapy effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular plaster therapy in treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with insomnia has significant effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
