复方消疹霜治疗失禁性皮炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on compound dermitis-eliminating cream in treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis

目的探讨失禁性皮炎(IAD)患者应用复方消疹霜的治疗效果。方法 61例IAD的患者根据患皮炎发生时间分为实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=30)。常规处理后,对照组采用皮肤保护膜,Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度IAD加用造口粉,实验组采用复方消疹霜外涂。2周后观察2组总有效率及复发率,记录2组愈合时间和IAD相关治疗费用。结果实验组总有效率96.8%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);实验组复发率3.2%,显著低于对照组的26.7%(P<0.05);实验组愈合时间和IAD相关治疗费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方消疹膏能有效加速IAD患者创伤愈合,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound dermitis-eliminating cream in treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis( IAD). Methods A total of 61 IAD patients were assigned to the study group( n = 31) and the control group( n = 30) according to the occurrence order of IAD. The control group was given protective film( extra stoma protection power was applied to those with Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree of IAD) and the study group was given compound dermitis-eliminating cream. The overall effective rate,recurrence rate,wound healing time and total cost were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate and recurrence rate was 96. 8% and 3. 2% in the study group,and was 73. 3% and 26. 7% in the control group,with a significant difference( P <0. 05). The study group had a shorter wound healing time and lower cost compared with those of controls( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Compound dermitis-eliminating cream is potentially effective in accelerating the wound healing of IAD patients.
