老年人眩晕症50例护理观察

Nursing management on senile vertigo in 50 elderly patients

目的总结老年人眩晕症护理干预措施。方法回顾性分析50例老年眩晕症患者临床资料。通过积极查找病因,确保环境舒适,针对疾病发展过程、患者心理、饮食、疼痛感受等方面实施护理。结果患者头痛、恶心、呕吐等症状减轻,临床有效率为90.0%(45/50)。结论针对老年眩晕症患者,应根据疾病特征和患者心理、饮食等方面开展护理干预。

Objective To analysis and summarize the nursing measures for elderly patients with vertigo. Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with vertigo were retrospectively analyzed. In addition to identifying cause of disease,nursing measures on environment,disease development process,mental issues,dietary and pain feelings were carried out. Results Symptoms such as headache,nausea and vomit were relieved were improved in most of patients,with a overall clinical efficacy of 90. 0%( 45 /50). Conclusion In addition to etiological treatment,comprehensive nursing measures on disease development process,mental issues and dietary is suggested to improve the quality of life in elderly patients with vertigo.
