导管维护模式在PICC置管感染患者护理中的应用效果

The effect of catheter maintenance mode on indwelling catheter-related infection in PICC patients

目的探讨导管维护模式在经外周静脉置入中心静脉置管(PICC)感染患者护理中的应用效果。方法 86例PICC导管感染患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组采用导管维护护理模式。比较2组PICC导管感染治愈情况、相关并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果研究组4 d内治愈率和总治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实施干预后,研究组简易健康调查问卷(SF-36)各维度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论导管维护模式能显著降低PICC导管感染患者的并发症发生率,提高治愈率,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of catheter maintenance mode on indwelling catheter-related infection in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC). Methods A total of 86 PICC patients with indwelling catheter-related infection were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was applied with nursing intervention based on catheter maintenance mode. The curative rate of infections,incidence of complication and assessment on quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The curative rate of infections within 4 days and overall curative rate were significant higher in the study group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The overall catheter-related incidence was significant lower in the study group than that in the control group( P <0. 05). The study group had a higher score in each dimension of SF-36 questionnaire compared with the control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Findings indicate the catheter maintenance mode can reduce the risk of catheter-related complication and improve the quality of life in PICC patients.
