摘要
目的探讨精细化岗前培训对新护士职业认同水平的影响。方法选取新入职的73名护士为研究对象,实施精细化岗前培训,内容包括基础理论、礼仪、沟通技能和专业技能培训。分别于培训前后采用护士职业认同量表评估护士职业认同水平。结果岗前培训前新护士职业认同总均分(34.79±3.32)分,显著低于岗前培训后的(37.95±3.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精细化岗前培训能提高新入职护士的职业认同水平,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of refined pre-employment training on professional identity of new employed nurses. Methods A total of 73 new employed nurses were given refined pre-employment training focusing on basic theory,etiquette,communication and professional skills. The identity to nursing career was assessed by occupational identity scale before and after implementation of training. Results The averaged scale of professional identity was( 34. 79 ± 3. 32) before training and was( 37. 95 ± 3. 09) after training,with a significant difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Refined pre-employment training is potentially effective to improve the professional identity of new employed nurses.
