医院多学科协作的实践与思考

The Practice and Thinking of Multidisciplinary Team in Our Hospital

多学科协作正是医学科学从分化到再综合的过程。笔者分析了多学科协作的定义及发展背景、必要性、意义、具体形式,并结合医院开展多学科协作的实践,对多学科协作提出了相应的思考。

From the histroy of science development,we can see that science experienced synthesis,differentiation and reintegration. Multidisciplinary team（ MDT） is the reintegration of Medicine. Basing on MDT in our hospital,the article analyzes the definition of the development,the necessity,the meaning,the form and put forward the thinking of MDT.
