中文版CAM-ICU量表评估ICU谵妄的效果探讨

目的采用中文版意识模糊评估表(The Confusion Assessment Method,CAM)-ICU量表对危重患者进行ICU谵妄筛查,早期进行个性化护理措施干预,减少ICU谵妄的发生,并推广CAM量表在综合ICU的运用。方法对2015年6月-2015年12月共100名患者随机分组,分为对照组及研究组各50例,研究组给予CAM-ICU评估及相应集束化干预措施,对照组ICU常规护理。结果两组患者ICU谵妄发病率分别为研究组16%,对照组30%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合ICU应大力推广CAM-ICU评估量表的运用,早期鉴别诊断ICU谵妄,给予个性化干预措施,以减少患者ICU谵妄的发生。

Objective To employ the Confusion Assessment Method-ICU Scale in Chinese to screen deliration in critically ill patients admitted to a general ICU in order to provide the indivualized nursing invention,consequently reducing the incidence of deliration cases. Methods 100 patients admitted to ICU between June 2016 to Dec 2015 were randomized to the inventional arm and experimental arm with 50 each other in an open manner. CAM-ICU evaluation and the corresponding inventional nursing practice have been provided to the patients in the inventional arm. The standard care has been arranged to patients in the control arm. Results The incidence of deliration was 16% in the inventional arm and 30% in the control arm（ p〈0. 05）. The difference between two arms is significant. Conclusion CAM-ICU evaluation should be introduced in general ICU to screen the early cases of deliration. The earlies invention will subsequently reduce the deliration events.
