PDCA循环在综合ICU静脉治疗安全管理中的运用

PDCA Cycle Used in the General ICU Intravenous Therapy Safety Management

目的探讨PDCA循环理论在综合ICU静脉治疗管理中的应用与效果。方法利用科学管理工具调查分析综合ICU常见静脉治疗合格率不达标、并发症高的原因,2014年下半年在综合ICU运用PDCA循环管理方法实施静脉治疗管理。结果实施PDCA循环管理方法后,静脉治疗并发症明显下降,静脉治疗合格率由88%上升至98%,静脉治疗质量明显上升。与实施PDCA循环管理方法前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理方法是静脉治疗安全管理的有效管理方法。

Objective This paper is aimed at probing into the application and effect of PDCA Cyclical Theory in ICU Intravenous Therapy Management. Methods Scientific management implement is used to analyze the cause of non- compliance qualification rates and high complication rates. Results PDCA Cyclical Theory is applied in the implementation of Intravenous Therapy Management in our department,after which the discrepancy shows a statistical significance. Conclusion The study proves that PDCA Cyclical Theory is effective in Intravenous Therapy Safety Management.
