摘要 目的发现英语化课程在临床培训中存在的问题并探寻对策,进一步提高临床培训中英语化课程培训质量,并为医院管理者提供决策咨询。方法对2009-2012年安徽医科大学国际教育学院相关培训人员的考核内容、培训成绩进行分析,提出临床培训中完善英语化课程的几点建议。结果临床培训中英语化课程的考核评价表明2011、2012年各项考核项目均比2009年有较大提升。结论通过对考核评价的研究,可以判断和确保英语化课程的培训成效与质量,可为检验考核成效及改进培训质量提供参考与依据。 Objective By on the curriculum of English in our hospital in the clinical training in the analysis,find the problems existing in the English courses in clinical training and explore the countermeasures,further to improve the English courses in clinical training and provide decision- making consultation to the management of the hospital. Methods By the analysis and discussion of the training results and training personnel assessment content of Anhui Medical University Institute of international education from 2009 to 2012 and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to polishing the English course in clinical training. Results Through the appraisal of English courses in clinical training evaluation,show that in2011 and 2012 all the assessment projects have larger than in 2009. Conclusion Evaluation is a core of English courses in clinical training,based on the research of the evaluation,to judge and to ensure the quality of the training effect,provide the basis for inspection appraisal results and improve the training quality.
