摘要 高扬程扬水灌区管理采用工程措施与精细管理相结合的方式,坚持开源与节流并重,提高灌溉保证率和渠系水利用系数,最大程度地发挥水资源的经济效益和生态效益。通过制定科学合理的灌溉制度,严格执行灌溉定额,实行先缴费后用水制度,提高了灌溉保证率,节约了水资源;发挥农民用水协会的作用,斗渠及以下渠道由农民用水协会管理,节约了运行管理成本,节水灌溉管理成果显著。 The high-lift pumping irrigation area management takes the method of combining engineering measures with fine management, adheres to opening source and regulating flow, to improve irrigation assurance and canal water use coefficient, and maximize the economic benefits and ecological benefits of water resources. By making a scientific and reasonable irrigation system, strictly implementing irrigation quota, carrying out payment first system, the irrigation reliability is improved, and water resources are saved. The role of farmers water use association is well played, the cost of operation and management is saved, and remarkable achievements in water-saving irrigation management are achieved.
