摘要
本文主要依据某市清远御龙城项目分析,对影响前期成本的相关因素、存在的一些问题等进行研究,并在此基础上提出有效的成本管控对策。
Based on the Qingyuan Yulong City Project, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the early stage cost and some problems, and proposes effective measures of cost control.
