摘要
钢铁冶金企业的主要用电负荷为高压异步电动机,随着微机继电保护装置的普及,高压电机的反时限过负荷保护在微机保护装置内整定后,经常导致电机无法正常起动。本文通过介绍传统过负荷保护的整定方法,以及现代微机继电保护的功能,找出了传统反时限过负荷整定在微机保护中存在的问题,提出采用微机过热保护代替传统的反时限过负荷整定,从而解决了高压电机的起动问题。
The main power load of the iron and steel metallurgy enterprise is high voltage asynchronous motor. With the popularization of the microcomputer relay protection device, high voltage motor inverse-time overload protection in microcomputer protection device setting, often leads to the motor can't start normally. Through introducing the traditional overload protection setting method and modern microcomputer relay protection function, this paper finds out the problem of traditional inverse-time overload setting in microcomputer protection, proposed that the use of microcomputer over heat protection instead of the traditional inverse-time overload setting, so as to solve the problem of high voltage motor starting.
