摘要
近年来我国频频发生食品安全事故,这会严重危害公众的身心健康和生命财产安全,破坏社会的和谐稳定,影响经济的发展,因此文章对比了中国和德国的食品安全预防体系,从政府预防措施,企业预防措施和社会预防措施三个角度入手,分析了我国和德国食品安全预防体系的差异,以期能为我国食品安全事故的预防起一定的借鉴作用。
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has seriously endangered the public physical and mental health, and safety of life and property with the destruction of social harmony and stability and influence of economic development, therefore this thesis compares the Chinese and German food safety of prevention systems from the government, enterprise and social prevention measures in order to analyze the differences in Chinese and German food safety of prevention systems, hoping that this thesis can improve the prevention of China's food safety accidents.
