高职院校实践教学质量监控体系的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Practice Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Higher Vocational Colleges

构建一套完整、科学、高效的实践教学质量监控体系是提高实践教学质量的重要手段。本文结合咸阳职业技术学院实践教学质量监控体系建设的实际做法,分析高职院校实践教学体系构建和实施中存在的主要问题,提出了要坚持的原则,以完善实践教学管理制度为切入点,从构建多员参与的组织保障系统,评价标准系统,信息反馈与控制系统,完善激励机制等方面措施,加强实践教学质量监控体系建设。

The construction of a complete, scientific and efficient set of practice teaching quality monitoring system is an important mean to improve the quality of practice teaching. Combined with the actual practice of the construction of practice teaching quality monitoring system in Xianyang Vocational Technical College, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction and implementation of practice teaching system in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the principle of insisting. It takes the improvement of practice teaching management system as the breakthrough point, from the measures of constructing the organization guarantee system, evaluation standard system and information feedback and control system to perfect the incentive mechanism and strengthen the construction of teaching quality monitoring system.
