地黄新品系叶片色素及光合特性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Leaf Pigment and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Rehmannia glutinosa New Strains

摘要 采用分光光度计和LI-6400XT光合仪对8个地黄品种(系)的叶绿素、花青素含量及净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)进行测定,比较地黄新品系与主栽品种叶片色素及光合特性的差异,为新品种的选育提供理论依据。结果表明,怀地津8(新品系)、怀地81、85-5、金九、怀地83(新品系)的叶绿素含量较高,分别为2.84、2.71、2.69、2.66、2.63mg/g;金九、怀地津8花青素相对含量较高,分别为0.169、0.165,怀地83花青素相对含量最低,为0.060;怀地81、怀地83、怀地津8的Pn较高,分别为2.41、2.37、2.25μmol/(m2·s);叶片叶绿素含量与Pn呈正相关关系,叶片花青素含量与Pn呈负相关关系。说明新品系怀地津8和怀地83光合性状表现良好,可在生产中适当推广种植。 Leaf pigment and photosynthetic characteristics of Rehmannia glutinosa new strains and major cultivars were analyzed,which can provide basis for breeding new cultivar. Chlorophyll content,anthocyanin content,photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were measured by spectrophotometry and LI-6400 XT photosynthetic instrument. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents of Huaidijin 8( 2. 84 mg / g),Huaidi 81( 2. 71 mg / g),85-5( 2. 69 mg / g),Jinjiu( 2. 66 mg / g) and Huaidi 83( 2. 63 mg / g) were higher; the anthocyanin contents of Jinjiu( 0. 169),Huaidijin 8( 0. 165) were higher,and that of Huaidi 83( 0. 060) was the lowest; the photosynthetic rate of Huaidi 81[2. 41 μmol /( m2·s) ],Huaidi 83[2. 37 μmol/( m2·s) ]and Huaidijin8 [2. 25 μmol /( m2·s) ] were higher; the chlorophyll content was positively correlated with photosynthetic rate,while the anthocyanin content was negatively related with photosynthetic rate. The new strains Huaidijin 8 and Huaidi 83 had good photosynthetic properties,which were suitable for popularizing in the production properly.
