摘要
针对煤矿井下巷道复杂、会车困难、调度混乱等问题,设计了一种井下无轨胶轮车定位调度系统,包括该系统的总体方案设计、工作原理及软硬件设计。阐述了其核心调度原理,包括直行巷道、弯道、交叉巷道的调度原理。介绍了该系统在兖矿集团某煤矿的布局情况及应用效果。
In order to solve problems of the complex roadway, passing difficult, scheduling chaos in mine coal underground, a positioning andscheduling system of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive in coal mine was designed, includes the overall design of the system, work principleand the hardware and software design. Expounds the core scheduling principle, includes the scheduling principle of straight roadway,cornerroadway and trigeminal roadway. Article introduces the layout and the application effect of trackless rubber-tyred locomotive scheduling systemin Yankuang Group.
