摘要
食品安全直接关系民生问题,但是近年来餐饮行业频频发生食物中毒事件早已引起了各级政府和消费群众的高度重视。本文结合HACCP提出一些食品安全管理体系的相关方针。
Food safety is directly related to people's livelihood, but in recent years, the food and beverage industry in recent years has caused the high attention of all levels of government and the consumer. In this paper, we put forward some relevant policies of food safety management system based on HACCP.
