摘要
将β-胡萝卜素以灌胃和腹腔注射两种方式作用于小鼠,采用液体芯片检测技术,对小鼠血清中24种细胞因子含量的变化进行测定。发现β-胡萝卜素能促进炎症细胞因子的产生,不同途径对细胞因子的作用强度有所不同。β-胡萝卜素调节机体的免疫,其作用的信号途径涉及NF-κB、JAK-STAT等途径。
Beta-carotene was administered to mousse by intragastric administration, intraperitoneal injection. LuminexxMAP technology was used to determine the concentration changes of 24 cytokines in mouse serum. Beta-carotene can promote the production of inflammatory cytokines. Two different administration routes of Beta-caroteneoncytokines have different strength of interaction. The signaling pathways might involve NF-κB、JAK-STAT etc.
