摘要
针对对流传热边界条件,本文建立了一种平板逆流交换器的数值模型,分析了溶液温度场、浓度场和空气温度场的分布规律。采用氯化锂溶液作为除湿剂,通过实验方法进行验证,结果表明:97%的除湿和再生效率实验结果和计算结果偏差在20%以内,平均偏差约为7.8%,计算结果和实验结果吻合较好,数学模型基本反应了热质交换过程的变化规律。
For convective heat transfer boundary conditions,a numerical model of a plate counterflow exchanger is established in this paper. Distribution law of Solution temperature and concentration field and air temperature field is analyzed. Then using lithium chloride solution as desiccant,the model is validated by experimental method. The re-sults shows that the deviation of 97%experiment values and calculated values of the dehumidification and regenera-tion efficiency is within 20%,and the average deviation is about 7.8%. The calculation results and experimental results are in good agreement,which means the change rule of heat and mass transfer process is basically reflected by this model.
