摘要
对片冰机蒸发器的传热特点进行了分析,在一定简化基础上,建立了片冰机蒸发器的工程传热模型,得到了制冰时间、制冰厚度、蒸发温度、进水温度、结冰筒材料与壁厚等几个工程应用中的重要参数间的关联式。用该关联式预测的制冰时间与试验结果吻合良好,所建传热模型对片冰机的优化设计有指导意义。
The heat transfer characteristics of the evaporator of flake ice machine are analyzed.The engineering heat transfer model of the evaporator is established.A formula containing several important parameters of engineering ap-plication,such as ice -making period,ice thickness,evaporation temperature,inlet water temperature,thick-ness of freezing wall,is derived.The predict value of the ice-making period is in good agreement with the test re-sults.The heat transfer model can be used for the optimum design of flake ice machine.
