广西壮族人群白细胞介素-27基因rs181206C/T位点多态性的分布特点 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨广西壮族人群白细胞介素-27(IL-27)基因rs181206C/T位点的分布特点及其与不同地区和种族人群的差异。方法采用单碱基延伸的聚合酶链反应技术检测168例广西壮族人IL-27 rs181206C/T多态性,并与国际人类基因组计划(Hap Map)公布的中国北京人、日本人、非洲人和意大利人的rs181206C/T位点的基因型和等位基因频率比较。结果 168例广西壮族人中,检出rs181206C/T位点有3种基因型,分别为CC、CT和TT。IL-27基因rs181206C/T位点最常见的基因型是TT(75.1%),最常见的等位基因型是T(85.7%)。男性及女性间IL-27基因rs181206多态性位点基因型及等位基因频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);广西壮族人IL-27 rs181206C/T基因型及等位基因频率与北京人、日本人比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与意大利人、非洲人比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-27基因rs181206C/T位点基因型和等位基因频率在广西壮族人群中的分布与其他种族和地区人群相比有差异。 Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of polymorphism of interleukin-27( IL-27) rs181206C/T gene locus in Guangxi population with Zhuang nationality,and the difference in polymorphism between this population and other population in different areas or with different races. Methods The polymorphism of IL-27 rs181206 gene locus was detected by single-base extension polymerase chain reaction technique in 168 individuals with Zhuang nationality from Guangxi. The genotype and allele frequencies of rs181206 gene locus were compared between the population with Zhuang nationality and population from China Beijing,Japan,Africa or Italy published by Hap Map. Results In 168 individuals with Zhuang nationality from Guangxi,three genotypes of rs181206 C / T gene locus were detected including CC,CT and TT. The most common genotype and allele of IL-27 rs181206 C / T gene locus were TT( 75. 1%) and T( 85. 7%) respectively.There were no significant differences in the genotype and allele frequencies of IL-27 rs181206 C / T gene locus between the male and the female( P〉0. 05). There were no significant difference in the genotype and allele frequencies of IL-27 rs181206 C / T gene locus between Guangxi population with Zhuang nationality and the population from Beijing or Japan( P〉0. 05),but significant difference was found between Guangxi population with Zhuang nationality and the population from Italian or African( P〈0. 05). Conclusion There are significant differences in the frequencies of genotype and allele distribution of IL-27 rs181206 C / T gene locus between Guangxi population with Zhuang nationality and the populations with other races or from other areas.
