摘要
研究一种祛黄褐斑片对人体的祛斑作用。102例受试者随机分为试食组和对照组两组,每组51例。试食组服用祛黄褐斑片每日2次,每次3粒,共30d;对照组为空白对照。试食组在试验开始及结束时均测试各项安全性指标及功效性指标,对试食组和对照组进行显著性分析。试食组黄褐斑面积平均减少26.82%;试食组祛黄褐斑总有效率为52%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),且无新的黄褐斑产生。该种祛黄褐斑片具有祛黄褐斑作用并对机体无不良影响。
Experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of which tablet removing chloasma spot on human body. 102 cases volunteers were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The trial group taked the tablet 2 times a day, 3 pills once, a total of 30d, the control group was taken as a refer- ence. The safety indicators and efficiency indicators were detected at the beginning and the ending, moreover, the significance analysis were also observed. Compared with the control group, the average chloasma area of test group was reduced 26.82% and the total effective rate was 52%. The difference was significant （P〈0.01）, with no new generation of chloasma. In this study it was evident that this kind of tablet could help to remove ehloasma spot, besides, it was clear that the tablet had no adverse effect on the body.
