摘要
黄酒是我国拥有千年历史的特色酒种,因其营养健康、口味独特畅销国内外。本文通过介绍日本食品安全监管体系,从食品标签、食品安全风险性物质和食品接触材料三个方面对有关黄酒的法律法规进行了整理、研究。结合日本近年来对酒类的通报情况,分析了日本对于中国酒类产品出口的贸易技术措施。最终,从加强对日本酒类安全法规与标准的研究,加强黄酒中理化成分的安全性研究,建立有效的管理制度和预防机制三方面提出对应措施,以期能够为中国黄酒出口日本提供一些参考。
Chinese rice wine is a special kind of wine in our country that has a history of thousands years. It is sold well at home and abroad because of its nutrition, health and distinctive taste. This article introduces the safe- ty regulatory system of food, unscramble and make a study of the legislation of the Chinese rice wine from three aspects of food labeling, food safety risk substances and food packaging materials. Technology trade measures of the Japan to Chinese spirits export was analysed based on the combination of the circular in Japan. Finally, technology trade measures about strengthening research on regulations and standards of spirits in Japan, enhancing safety re- search on physical and chemical ingredients, and establishing an effective management system and preventive mech- anisms were proposed to provide some reference for the Japan to Chinese rice wine export.
