摘要
中国的饮茶文化在明代发生了焕然一新的变化,始于唐代的"斗茶"之风逐渐消失,继而文人雅士十分热衷的炒青叶茶开始成为主流,随着社会奢靡之风的滋生蔓延,整个品茗过程也变得十分考究,从炒青叶茶的流行、上品泉水的汲取、紫砂壶的笃爱、幽竹静室的选择、茶友性灵的契合等方面,均呈现出明代文人雅士的品茗风尚。
Chinese tea-drinking culture witnessed a radical change in the Ming Dynasty with Tea Fighting waning. Green tea dry-roasting appreciated by the literati developed into fashion,gradually refined as extravagance became prevalent. This paper analyzed this fashion from the perspectives of popularity of green tea dryroasting,acquisition of quality spring water,love for purple clay pot,selection of secluded chambers,and harmony between tea-drinking mates.
