摘要
文章针对河源职业技术学院近两届旅游管理、酒店管理、烹饪工艺与营养等旅游类学生进行专业实习满意度调查,运用结构方程模型分析采集所得的数据,在信度分析的基础上,对各层评价指标进行模型检验,根据CFA模型的载荷系数,对实习满意度涉及的4个一级指标及18个二级指标进行归一化权重分析。根据评价结果,需要从学校专业教育、企业人力资源管理、学生自身等三方面针对性地优化实习课程的实施,进一步夯实校企合作平台,有效缓和旅游行业人才供需的矛盾。
This paper conducts a survey of the satisfaction of tourism students in Heyuan Polytechnic( including students of tourism management,hotel management and cuisine and nutrition,etc.) with their internship during the past two years before analyzing the data by means of structural equation modeling. Based on the reliability analysis,the paper performs model checking of metrics on different levels. The load coefficient of CFA model is used to determine the weighting of 4 first-level and 18 second-level indexes of internship satisfaction. The findings suggest that internship optimization can be accomplished from the perspectives of the school,the HR department and the students themselves in order to promote school-business cooperation and to ease the conflicts between demand and supply of human resources in the tourism industry.
