摘要
评估LTE小区的性能指标,根据影响效果分为顺势和逆势指标。设定指标临界值和对应的切换迟滞门限,从而建立相对应的切换迟滞关联。基于关联,建立了智能判决模型,在模型的基础上提出了基于智能判决的LTE切换算法。该算法能够自动衡量目标服务小区的性能,在不牺牲用户感知的前提下,大幅提升小区的吞吐能力。与传统的LTE切换算法相比,该算法能够在减少乒乓切换的同时进一步降低服务小区的负载。最后,通过Matlab搭建了一个仿真平台,验证该算法的效果和性能。
Evaluating the cell performance indicators of LTE and dividing them into two classes: ordinal and reversed ones. It builds the indicators' key values and the corresponding switching hysteresis thresholds,thus a correlation between the indicator and hysteresis was established. Based on this correlation,it gave an intelligent judgment model,and then proposed a new LTE handoff algorithm based on the intelligent judgment(IJHA). IJHA can automatically calculate the cell's performance indicators and improve the cell's ability while keeping the subscribers' feeling level. Comparing with the traditional A3 algorithm,IJHA can reduce the ping-pong switching times and lower the serving cell's load. Finally,it uses matlab to build a simulation platform,test the performance of IJHA,including its efficiency and performance.
