“宽带乡村”试点工程中行政村覆盖规划方法研究

Research on Covering Administration Village By Rural Broadband Project

提出了一种农村宽带业务接入网络节点OLT设置方案。首先基于四川移动某本地网现网情况,并根据本期试点工程的建设原则和建设目标,利用Excel工具计算距离得出方案。然后建立无线话务量、村庄类型、住户规模三维度模型,取定行政村覆盖规划的方法,利用MapInfo的缓冲区功能对设置方案进行了验证和展示。

It presents the solution of how broadband service access into network node OLT in rural area. Firstly,the solution is achieved by calculating the distance with Excel tool in combination with the construction principle and construction goal,based on certain Sichuan Mobile LAN. Secondly,the solution is verified and displayed with the buffer function of Map Info,the confirmation is based on a three-dimensional model of wireless traffic volume,village type and household scale,as well as the method on covering administration village.
