摘要
目的:就不同静压力对新生SD大鼠髁突软骨细胞增殖与凋亡的影响进行探讨。方法:加载压力分别为36k Pa、24k Pa、12k Pa、0k Pa,持续静压1h,在加力后立即(0h)收集细胞进行检测,并且开展流式细胞术检测。结果:当加载压力分别为36k Pa、12k Pa时,与0k Pa相比,髁突软骨细胞的各个增殖、凋亡指数都呈现出明显的下降趋势,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当加载压力为12k Pa时,细胞凋亡指数减幅最大;当加载压力为36k Pa时,细胞增殖指数减幅最大。结论:不同静压力对新生SD大鼠髁突软骨细胞增殖与凋亡有一定的影响,但并非线性关系,值得深入研究。
Objective: To discuss the effects of different static compressive stress on proliferation and apoptosis of MCC of neonatal SD rats. Methods: Loading stress was 36 k Pa、24 k Pa、12 k Pa、0 k Pa,respectively,and static pressure for 1h. The cells were examined immediately( 0h) after stress application,and detected by using flow cytometry. Results: When the stress was 36 k Pa,12 k Pa respectively,compared with 0k Pa,its proliferation and apoptosis index of MCC declined sharply,which showed statistically significant differences( P〈0. 05). When the stress was 12 k Pa,the damping of apoptosis was the biggest. When the stress was 36 k Pa,the damping of proliferation was the biggest. Conclusion: Different static compressive stress have some performance impacts on proliferation and apoptosis of MCC of neonatal SD rats,but it is nonlinear relationship,which needs intensive study.
