摘要 因为被动式建筑严格的保温及隔热要求,其冷热负荷的计算参数与常规建筑存在根本差别。结合新疆独特的干热气候,在不采用机械制冷的情况下,依靠地道通风、新风热回收及直接蒸发冷却等技术便可满足建筑物夏季室内25℃的要求,并大大减少空调及供暖能耗。供暖热源采用冷凝式燃气热水锅炉,在保证供暖质量的前提下,可为业主节约90%的供暖费。 Abstract Because of the strict insulation requirenent for passive building, there is the fundamental difference of thermal load calculation between conventional building and passive building. According to the unique climate in Xinjiang, relying on tunnel ventilation, heat recovery from outdoor air and direct evaporative cooling technology can meet 25 ℃ of indoor temperature in summer without mechanical cooling system, and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating system. Using condensing gas boiler as heat source can save 90% of heating costs for the owners in the premise of ensuring the heating quality.
