摘要
深圳工商银行大厦为带4层裙楼的超高层建筑,采用型钢混凝土框架-混凝土双筒体结构体系,两筒体分别位于平面东西两侧。建筑物的南面裙楼及塔楼底部均有9~11m悬挑,采用单层V形悬挑桁架。根据结构特点,就阻尼比取值、开洞钢梁模拟、中小震墙肢设计、不同跨高比连梁性能化设计、悬挑桁架的分析与设计以及大跨钢梁楼盖舒适度分析等内容展开论证。分析结果表明,整体计算中可不考虑腹板开洞的影响;墙肢、连梁、悬挑桁架及大跨楼盖的结构设计均能满足规范要求。
Shenzhen ICBC building is a super high-rise building with 4 floors podium. Steel reinforced concrete frameconcrete structure system is adopted in this building with two cores located on east to west side of the plane. There is a 9 ~11m cantilever on the south podium and in the bottom of the building which uses V-shaped cantilevered trusses. According to the structure characteristies,the following aspects were analyzed and demonstrated as the damping ratio values,open hole steel beam simulation,pier design under middle earthquke and small earthquke,performance-baed design of different cross-coupling beam and analysis design of cantilevered truss and comfort analysis of large span steel girder floor. Results show that the impact of web openings needn’ t to be considered in the overall calculation and structural designs of piers,coupling beams,cantilevered truss and large span floor can meet the specifications.
