摘要
高校先进基层党组织成长路径主要体现在四个方面:一是,严肃规范的组织生活是高校先进基层党组织成长的基础条件;二是,严明细致的思政工作是先进基层党组织成长的关键环节;三是,严密科学的制度设计是先进基层党组织成长的根本保障;四是,严谨务实的工作作风是先进基层党组织成长的价值体现。
The ways to growth of the advanced grass-roots Party organizations are inflected in the following four aspects, namely： serious and normal organizational life is the basic condition; strict and careful political and ideological work is the key link; tight and comprehensive system design is the basic guarantee; and rigorous and pragmatic work style is the manifestation of value.
