摘要 目的:建立利用扫描电镜/能谱仪检验无碳复写纸的分析方法。方法:利用扫描电镜/能谱仪,对收集到的146个不同产地、不同单位使用的无碳复写纸样品进行检验。结果:依据无碳复写纸所含元素差异进行区分检验。结论:该检验方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于区分检验无碳复写纸物证。 Objective: to establish a method for the discrimination of carbonless copy paper by SEM/EDS. Method: with SEM/EDS, 146 samples of carbonless paper from different using locations and users were discriminated. Result: according to the elements of CF layer, the samples were discriminated. Conclusion: this method has the advantages of good accuracy and repeatability, and can be used for discriminating material evidence with carbonless copy paper.
