摘要
精准发力是一种科学、理性的实践方法 ,是认识的定量化、精确化。精准发力也是习近平反复倡导的工作方法,是贯通于治国理政新实践的着力点,体现在"四个全面"战略布局、五大发展理念和"五位一体"发展总目标之中。在改革发展实践中,我们要自觉坚持精准定位、精准聚焦、精准探索、精准评价,力求做到发展的合规律性与合目的性的统一。
As a scientific and rational method, precise targeting stressesquantitative and accurate cognition. Repeatedly advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the method has been recognised as an impetus for the new practice of state governance and demonstrated in the layout of 'Four Comprehensives', 'Five Development Concepts' and the ultimate development goals of 'Five in One'. In practice of reform and development, we shall consciously adhere to accurate position, sharp focus, precise exploration andcorrect comments, in quest of the integration of developmental rule and purpose.
