摘要
用Ag/Cu/SWNTs纳米复合材料修饰玻碳电极构筑了一种新的过氧化氢安培传感器.该纳米材料的形貌和成分用扫描电镜和能谱仪进行了表征,修饰电极的催化效果以循环伏安法(CV)进行了分析.在纳米铜的沉积电位为-0.3V,银溶液浓度为4mmol·L^(-1)下,该传感器检测过氧化氢时表现出宽的线性范围(1.33~170μmol·L^(-1)),低的检出限(0.86μmol·L^(-1),S/N=3),选择性、重现性能良好,电流响应快,能在2s内达到稳态电流,并可用于测定真实的消毒剂样品,获得满意的回收率.
In this paper,a novel amperometric sensor is fabricated by surface modification of glassy carbon electrode with Ag/Cu/SWNTs nanocomposites to determine hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).The morphology and element composition of the material are investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum(EDS).The electrocatalysis properties are analyzed by cyclic voltammetry(CV).Under the optimized conditions(-0.3Vof electrodeposition voltage and 4mmol·L^-1 of silver nitrate concentration),the fabricated sensor displays a broader linear range and a lower detection limit for H2O2.The linear range is from 1.33 to 170μmol·L^-1 with a detection limit of 0.86μmol·L^-1(S/N=3).The sensor has good selectivity,reproducibility,long term stability with a swift response time of 2s and has been used to determine H2O2 in real disinfector samples with favorable recoveries.
