随着我国献血事业快速发展,近年来无偿献血人数不断增加,献血车的采血人员工作压力也越来越大,工作人员在为献血者服务过程中的职业暴露(如接触体液、血液、医疗器械刺伤等)也愈加显露出来。为了制定采血工作人员防护工作的相关制度,该文对当前献血中存在的问题进行分析,为有效减少工作人员职业暴露的发生率,采血工作人员在采血过程中的职业暴露预防意识需要不断的提高并按照相关要求采取相应防护措施,以防止产生不必要的感染,将风险降到最低。
