高血压患者的社区健康教育体会

Experience in community health education in patients with hypertension

目的探讨对高血压患者行社区健康教育的实际意义并总结经验。方法选择辖区内符合诊断标准的Ⅱ、Ⅲ级高血压患者54例为对象进行健康教育,以举办健康教育讲座、家庭访视、自学及其他方式对高血压病知识、药物治疗方法、运动、心理、自我管理指导等内容进行健康教育。结果有效的社区健康教育,所有患者均能正视疾病,29例(53.70%)患者的病情得到有效控制。结论健康教育可以促进患者正确面对疾病,缓解不良心理,改善不良生活方式,健康饮食,有效运动,使患者高血压病知晓率、服药率、控制率明显提高,降低高发病率、病死率、致残率,实现了早发现、早预防、早控制,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Explore the practical significance of hypertensive patients and community health education lessons . Methods Choose meet the diagnostic criteria of the area Ⅱ,Ⅲ grade 54 cases of patients with hypertension targeted health education , to organize health education seminars , home visits , and other means of self- knowledge of hypertension , drug therapy , exercise, psychology, self- management guidance and other content of health education. Results Effective com- munity health education, patients could face up to all disease , 29 cases（53.70%） of patients With the disease has been ef- fectively controlled. Conclusion Health education can promote the patient the right to face the disease , alleviate adverse psychological , improving lifestyle , healthy diet and effective exercise, so that patients with hypertension awareness, treat- ment , control was significantly improved, reducing the high morbidity and mortality , caused by disability rate , to achieve early detection, early prevention, early control and improve the quality of life of patients.
