住院患者中药注射剂临床使用现状调查分析

Investigation of Clinical use of TCM Injections Situation in Hospitalized Patients

目的调查该院住院患者中药注射剂的使用现状,以为临床合理用药提供依据。方法由该院临床药学管理系统中提取2015年1—10月期间住院患者中药注射剂的用药数据,并对中药注射剂使用现状进行调查分析。结果2015年1—10月期间该院住院患者中使用中药注射剂治疗共690例,涉及33个品种,其中使用1种中药注射剂者占89.86%,两种联用者占8.84%,3种及以上联用者占1.30%。中药注射剂销售金额、使用品种、DDDs值以活血化瘀类最多,DDC值以抗肿瘤药物最高。舒血宁注射液为销售金额最多的中药注射剂,且销售金额排位前10位中活血化瘀类最多。住院患者中药注射剂不合理应用共92例,占13.33%,主要为溶媒使用不规范、应用剂量不合理、重复用药、联用药物存在配伍禁忌等。结论中药注射剂在该院住院患者中应用广泛,尤其以心脑血管疾病的治疗最为突出,但临床有必要加强其用药监督和管理,以保障用药安全。

Objective Investigation of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections, and provide the basis for rational drug use. Methods The Data administration of traditional Chinese medicine injection of hospitalized patients from January 2015 to October 2015 in the hospital was selected in clinical pharmacy management system, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection current situation investigation and analysis. Results 690 cases were given traditional Chinese medicine injection therapy from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital, involved 33 varieties, including the use of one kind of traditional Chinese medicine injections accounted for 89.86%, 2 MS accounted for 8.84 percent, and combined with the above three kinds accounted for 1.30%. TCM injections sales amount, use varieties, DDDs value to blood circulation category most, DDC of antineoplastie had the highest value. Shuxuening injection sales for the most amount of TCM injections, and the amount of sales before qualifying blood circulation class up to l0 digits. Inpatients unreasonable application of traditional Chinese medicine injections of 92 cases, accounting for 13.33%, primarily as vehicles for the use of non-standard application doses unreasonable, repeated drug use, together with the presence of incompatible drugs. Conclusion TCM injections had wide range in our hospital applications, particularly in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases the most prominent, but there was a need to strengthen their clinical drug supervision and management to ensure drug safety.
