以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果

People-oriented Concept of Application Results in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Management

目的分析探讨应用以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中的效果,进一步为护理管理提供理论指导依据。方法选取该院妇产科住院患者250例为该研究对象,根据时间先后将其分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者2012年5月—2013年12月期间入院,仅采用常规方式进行护理,而试验组患者2014年1月—2015年6月期间入院,在常规护理的基础上应用以人为本理念为基础的护理管理,比较两组患者的产后并发症、护理满意度及平均住院时间。结果试验组患者产后并发症的发生率为7.9%,患者满意度为96.8%,平均住院时间为(7.4±1.2)d,对照组患者产后并发症的发生率为20.2%,患者满意度为80.6%,平均住院时间为(11.7±2.3)d,由此可见,试验组患者产后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论应用以人为本理念对妇产科护理进行管理可有效提高护理满意度,减少患者住院时间,从而减轻患者的经济费用,同时,还可有效降低患者产后并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of people-oriented concept of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecol- ogy, and further to provide a theoretical basis for nursing management guidance. Methods hospital maternity hospital 250 cases of patients for this study, according to different chronological divided into experimental and control groups, the control group of patients in May 2012 - the period of admission in December 2013, only the use of Nursing a conventional manner, while the experimental group patients in January 2014 - June 2015 hospitalized during application to the people-oriented management philosophy based care in routine care, based on two groups of patients with post-natal complications, nursing satisfaction and average hospital stay. Results The patients of postpartum complication rate was 7.9%, patient satisfaction was 96.8% and the average hospital stay was （7.4 ± 1.2） occurred days in the control group of patients with postpartum complications was 20.2%, patient satisfaction 80.6%, the average hospital stay was （11.7 ±2.3） days, shows that the inci- dence of complications in patients with postpartum experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05） The average hospital stay than the control group （P 〈0.05）, were statistically significant. Conclusion people-oriented management philosophy of obstetrics and gyne- cology nursing care can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, reduced hospital stay of patients, thus reducing the econom- ic costs of patients, while also effectively reduce the incidence of patients with post-natal complications, highlighting the clinical significance worthy of further promotion and use.
