呼吸内科下呼吸道感染的病原菌谱及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨呼吸内科下呼吸道感染的病原菌谱及耐药性。方法选取该院在2013年7月—2015年9月期间收治的528例呼吸内科下呼吸道感染患者,回顾分析患者的痰菌培养阳性标本,分析其病原菌的分布情况以及耐药性情况。结果呼吸内科下呼吸道感染病原菌中,以革兰氏阴性杆菌的分布最广,比例为76.5%,然后依次为铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、大肠埃希菌,比例分别为23.5%、15.9%、12.9%、7.6%;其中,革氏兰阴性杆菌对常用的抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药性。结论呼吸内科下呼吸道感染的主要病原菌为革兰氏阴性杆菌,耐药率高,而且不同病原菌的耐药性差异较大,因此,要加强对临床耐药物性的监测与管理,并合理使用抗菌药物,预防和控制细菌耐药性。 Objective To investigate the lower respiratory medicine respiratory tract infection pathogens and drug resistance spectrum. Methods A hospital in July 2013 - September 2015 under admitted 528 cases of respiratory medicine during res- piratory infection, retrospective analysis of patients with sputum culture positive specimens, analyze the distribution of pathogens and their drug resistance. Results lower respiratory tract infection pathogens in respiratory medicine, with the most widely distributed Gram-negative bacilli, a ratio of 76.5%, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter bau- mannii, Escherichia cob, Escherichia coli , the ratio was 23.5%, 15.9%, 12.9%, 7.6%; of which, Gram negative bacteria's presence in varying degrees of resistance to commonly used antibiotics. Conclusion The main pathogens of lower respirato- ry tract infections Respiratory Medicine Gram-negative bacteria, resistance rate, and greater resistance to pathogens differ- ences, therefore, to strengthen the clinical drug resistance monitoring and management, and rational use antimicrobial drugs, prevention and control of bacterial resistance.
