该文通过分析我国水资源管理研究的进程,阐述了基于.NET技术和GIS平台来开发水资源信息管理系统的基本设计思路以及实现的大致过程,将水资源信息的主要要素展现出来,为相关部门的分析以及决策提供精确、可靠的数据,为相关部门的规划重点提供更直观简洁的平台,并在此基础上利用C#语言实现应用与系统开发。

This paper firstly analyzes the process of water management research, mainly elaborated based on. NET technology and GIS platform to develop water resources information management system, the basic design idea and the realization of the general process, the main elements of the water information to show up, for the analysis and decision-making related departments to provide accurate and reliable data, the planning for the relevant departments focus on providing a platform for a more simple and intuitive, and thus based on the use of C #language applications and systems development.
