摘要
由于电气化铁路、大型钢铁冶炼等冲击性负荷的不断接入,引起电网严重的电压波动和闪变,对电网电能质量产生严重影响,因此对电压波动和闪变的研究和采取何种方法保证电网电能质量已成为研究的重点之一。要对电压波动与闪变进行有效抑制,首要任务是准确地提取波动信号,该文采用平方检测滤波,介绍了IEC推荐闪变仪的结构与各环节作用,并用MATLAB进行仿真,证明了IEC闪变仪的确有效。
The impact load suddenly increased issue has caused serious voltage fluctuation and flicker of power grid, impacted the power quality . So it becomes one of the key researchest to study the voltage fluctuation and flicker. First of all, we should extract the fluctuation signal. This paper adopt the method of square detection filter,mostly studies the realization of IEC's flicker meter, introduced the principle of IEC's flicker meter, and simulated the effect of voltage fluctuation inspection through the tool of matiab.
