摘要 凝结水溶氧是发电厂化学监督的重要指标之一,该指标长期超标将对设备安全性和系统经济性造成严重危害,如降低回热设备的换热效率,缩短设备的寿命,影响机组真空,使机组不能安全稳定的运行。该文针对我国各电厂生产运行中经常出现的凝结水溶解氧超标问题,从整个汽水系统着手,包括在线监测装置、补水系统、凝汽器系统及机组其他相关组成部分,对导致凝结水溶氧超标的原因及其可能造成的危害、对应的治理措施进行汇总,以期为发电厂凝结水溶解氧治理提供借鉴意义。 Condensed water dissolved oxygen is one of the important indicators of the condensate water quality, The index' s long--term excessive will cause serious harm to equipment safety and economy system, such as reductionthermal efficiency of heat recovery equipment,shorten the service life of equipment,affecting the vacuum unit, not safe and stable operation of generating unit. In this paper,aim at the excessive question of the condensate dissolved oxygenoccurs in China power plant production begin from the whole system,including on--line monitoring device, filling water system, condenser system and other related units part,summarizingthe cause of excessive water dissolved oxygen and may cause harm,as well as the corresponding measures, so as to provide reference for powerplant water dissolved oxygen treatment.
