摘要
目的改革《妇产科护理学》见习教学,初步应用目标-反馈式见习日志并评价其效果。方法构建目标-反馈式见习日志并应用于2012级护理专业本科生共205人,以2011级护理专业本科生共163人为固定组,比较两组学生的期末考核成绩来评价日志的应用效果。结果 2012级学生《妇产科护理学》对目标-反馈式日志必要性认可度为98.5%,且其期末考核成绩显著高于固定组(P<0.05)。结论目标-反馈式日志能促进学生有效学习,可作为一项有效的见习教学改革应用推广。
ObjectiveTo reform the clinical probation teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing,to apply probation logs with goalsand feedback preliminarily and to evaluate the effect.Methods Probation logs were designed and applied to 205 undergraduate students of nursing admitted in the year of 2012,while 163 undergraduate students of nursing admitted in the year of 2011 asthe fixed group.The final examination results of students from both grades were compared to evaluate logs' effect.Results 98.5% of students admitted in the year of 2012 affirmed the necessity of probation logs with goals and feedback, and they got higherscore in the final examination than students of the fixed group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).ConclusionProbation logs with goals and feedback can help students study more efficiently and more actively.They are worth applying and popularizing.
