民航空管设备的保障水平直接影响着空管运行的安全和质量,而且两者之间协同协作关系的重要性随着飞行量的快速增长越来越凸现。为了提高空管设备服务质量和保障水平,提升空管运行和设备保障的精细化管理水平,全面、准确、客观地评价空管设备运行保障水平,建设适合空管实情的设备运行保障指标体系具有极为重要的现实意义。
Civil aviation air traffic control （ATC） equipment protection level directly affects the safety and quality of air traffic control operation,and the importance of the cooperation relationship between them is becoming more and more important with the rapid increase of the amount of flight.In order to improve the air traffic control equipment service quality and the level of protection,enhance fine ATC operation and equipment security management level,comprehensively and accurately, objectively evaluate ATC equipment operation and support level suitable for the building of the truth of ATC equipment operation security index system has a very important practical significance.
