外源NO对镉胁迫下蓖麻亚细胞中镉分布及抗氧化酶的影响

摘要 重金属的亚细胞分布及抗氧化酶系统是植物解毒的重要策略。一氧化氮(NO)是植物组织内重要的信号分子,在植物响应各种逆境条件发挥重要作用。该研究采用水培试验,研究外源NO(SNP)对5 mg·kg-1 Cd胁迫下蓖麻中镉的亚细胞分布及抗氧化酶活性的影响,探讨NO调节下蓖麻对镉的解毒机制。研究表明,与镉处理下相比,100μmol·L-1 SNP提高了金属解毒组分,降低了金属敏感组分;提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,不能明显影响超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。因此,NO通过提高金属解毒组分的含量和CAT活性,参与蓖麻对镉的解毒作用。
