摘要
反应堆厂房通风系统属于中国先进研究堆(CARR)通风空调系统中的重要子系统,从2012年下半年进入试运行,发现DCS通风系统中风量显示误差越来越大,普遍风量指示过大,有的显示送风量大于排风量,易引起运行人员和核安全监督人员的误解。经检查分析,认为原热式风速变送器易粘尘土失效,不适合CARR运行环境需要,决定更换为皮托管式风速变送器,并进行规范地安装调试。经过数月的运行考验,DCS系统计算机反应堆厂房通风系统风量显示数据较为稳定准确,说明新安装的皮托管风速变送器是适用的。
Reactor Hall Ventilation System (RHVS) is one important sub--system of the China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) ventilation air conditioning system. Since the beginning of trial operation in 2012, the deviation of air flow between actual measured value with the displayed value on the screen of distributed control system (DCS) have had an increasing trend, the latter were larger. Sometimes the intake air flow was larger than exhaust one. These problems would easily cause confusion of operating crew and nuclear safety supervisurs. Through inspection and analysis, it was the main reason of causing deviatiion that the original hot type wind speed transmitter was inclined to adhere dust in CARR operation condition. So the pilot-tube type wind speed transmitters were used as an alternative. After finishing installation and debugging, several months of operation practice showed the deviation had a obvious decrease ,the measure values were stable and accurate.It proved that the new transmitters are suitable for CARR.
