镉胁迫下植物解毒机理研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 镉是耕地土壤中最主要的土壤污染物之一,严重影响粮食生产安全,进而通过食物链危害人类健康。蓖麻(Ricinus communis L.)是一种重要的能源作物,而且是一种潜在的镉污染土壤的修复作物。该研究采用水培试验,研究外源NO(SNP)对5mg·kg-1 Cd镉胁迫下蓖麻的生长状况和富集特征。研究表明,与镉处理下相比,100μmol·L-1 SNP显著缓解镉的毒性,增加蓖麻生物量14.8%,提高了蓖麻对镉的富集能力,降低了镉的转运能力。
