Review of the academic journal system reform

【目的】对2012年以来业界对学术期刊体制改革的研究成果进行归纳总结,深入剖析体制改革对学术期刊的影响。【方法】以文献研究法对现有学术期刊体制改革的研究成果进行分析。【结果】体制改革对学术期刊的发展意义重大影响深远,需要在外力助推和学术期刊内功修炼的配合下协调发展。【结论】学术期刊结构复杂,历史问题较多,要顺利完成体制改革还需根据其特殊性对改革方案进行细化和完善。

[Purposes] Based on the inductive and in-depth analysis of the research results about the system reform of academic journals since the promulgation of the ＂measures＂.This paper aims to analyze the impact of the institutional reform on academic journals,and give reasonable suggestions.[Methods] The research results of the existing academic periodical system reform were analyzed by the method of literature research.[Findings]The influence of the system reform on academic journals is far-reaching.It needs to coordinate development in combination of external and internal work.[Conclusions] The academic periodical structure is complex,and there are so many historical questions.We must carry on the refinement of the reform plan according to its particularity.
